We aim to make delivery clear and dependable. The information below applies to orders placed through NEZO DIGITAL.
United Kingdom delivery
- Standard delivery: Free to eligible UK addresses.
- Estimated delivery time: 2–4 working days after dispatch.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary for remote locations, larger items, pre-orders or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Any different delivery estimate shown on a product page or at checkout will take priority.
Order processing and tracking
When your order has been dispatched, we will send confirmation to the email address used at checkout. Tracking information will be included when it is available.
International delivery
We may deliver outside the United Kingdom where a suitable service is available. International delivery is not free. The customer is responsible for the additional delivery charge above our standard mainland UK delivery cost, together with any import duties, taxes or customs charges that may apply.
